Donna Morris Conlan

Image Magazine Best Makeup Artist Nominee Donna Morris has been working in the makeup industry for almost 15 years. Having completed her studies in Costume design and theatrical makeup Donna worked full time on both amateur and professional award winning stage productions in Ireland and the UK. Although she loved theatre her passion for fashion, Avante Garde and beauty make up brought her to a different area in her career. She gained experience in many photography studios which enabled her to continue training in her preferred field.

In 2012 Donna completed the Pro Artistry Course in Make Up For Ever Dublin and then joined the team. Throughout her time in the Pro Boutique Donna has worked on many photo shoots for publications such as STELLAR, VIP Magazine, SundayWorld Magazine, Life Magazine ,You Magazine and many more. She also had the opportunity to continue her training in the Make Up for Ever Academy Paris with Creative director Dany Sanz. Some Clients include Elaine Crowley, Samantha Mumba, Caroline Morahan, Katherine Lynch, Elaine Cassisy, Suzanne Jackson, "The Mama's", Deirdre O'Kane to name a few. TV work includes Expose, Ireland Am & programs for RTE., Advertising Campaigns include Lidl, Colgate, Bank of Ireland, Palmolive and Tayto Park.

Her experience in the industry and continuous training led Donna to sharing her skills with the next generation of makeup artists as one of the Tutors of the Pro Artistry School. Her teaching ranges from fashion and editorial, Beauty, Special FX and her great passion Body Painting for which she represented Ireland becoming a finalist in the World Championships 2014.

Donnas passion for makeup has led to a wonderful career encouraging women to use makeup as a tool to express and empower themselves creatively.
